Add a snowy contort to conventional mimosas by including crisp cranberry straightforward syrup! In addition to the fact that it adds great flavor, yet turns these Cranberry Orange Mimosas a lovely shading!

Generally mimosas are squeezed orange and champagne, yet to give them a little bend I made cranberry straightforward syrup to include also. The cranberry basic syrup give it superb flavor, however transforms the mimosa into a lovely shading like a dawn!

Cranberry Orange Mimosas | Add a little cranberry simple syrup to these traditional mimosas for a festive holiday drink, perfect for brunch!


  • 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • Cranberry simple syrup
  • 1 bottle champagne or prosecco, chilled
  • Orange slices and cranberries for garnish


  • 1 1/4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water


  1. In a small saucepan, bring all of the ingredients for the simple syrup to a simmer.
  2. Turn the heat down to low and let the cranberries steep for about 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture through a strainer and discard the cranberries.
  4. Cover and chill the simple syrup in the fridge until cold.
  5. The syrup may be made several days in advance.


  1. Add 3 tablespoons of orange juice to the bottom of each champagne flute.
  2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the cranberry simple syrup to each champagne flute depending on how sweet you want the mimosa.
  3. Top the champagne flutes off with champagne flutes off with champagne or prosecco.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and a couple cranberries.
